FREE Mom Wellness Group, June – Reconnecting with Yourself

Somewhere along the journey of motherhood, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself. Your needs, identity, and even your voice can feel buried beneath the roles you’re expected to play.
This month’s Reconnecting with Yourself circle is a space to pause, reflect, and gently check back in with you. Who are you outside of being a mom? What parts of you feel lost—or ready to come forward again?
What We’ll Explore Together:

How to tune in to what brings you joy, purpose, or calm

Ways to honor who you’ve been and who you’re becoming

Mindful reflection exercises to support reconnection

Permission to make space for yourself without guilt
Who It’s For:
Any mom who feels like she’s been on autopilot or lost touch with herself—whether you’re early in your journey or years in. This space is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in compassion.
What to Expect:
This is a therapist-facilitated peer support group, not group therapy. Come as you are. Share as much or as little as feels right.
