It’s an opportunity to see the space and learn more about what’s available.\nSeptember 21\, 2018\, Starting at 4:30pm \n3 micro therapy talks (15mins each) on the following:\nCBT overview – Specific to Anxiety – 5pm\nMindfulness in Therapy – 5:30pm\nRelationship Support – 6:00pm \nLight refreshments will be available\, and giveaways! \nThis is a FREE event however\, due to space limitations\, pre-registration is required.
