Through guided reflection\, discussion\, and education\, we’ll explore what it means to prioritize your well-being with curiosity and compassion. \nThe Elite Women’s Wellness Circle is a monthly gathering designed to offer women a welcoming space for connection\, reflection\, and personal growth. Each month features a different wellness theme focused on emotional well-being\, relationships\, self-compassion\, identity\, and living with intention. \nDuring this month’s circle\, we’ll explore: \n\nReconnecting with yourself as routines and seasons change\nIdentifying what you need in this stage of life\nReflecting on the roles and responsibilities you carry\nExploring self-compassion and intentional self-care\nConsidering what it means to prioritize your well-being\n\nThis gathering is offered in a small group setting to support meaningful conversation and connection.
