Whether it’s organizing for September\, returning to work soon\, or simply noticing emotional shifts\, this season invites reflection. \nThis session offers space to slow down\, process what’s changing\, and hold compassion for whatever you’re carrying\,excitement\, hesitation\, grief\, or growth. \nGroup DATE CHANGED from Aug 11th to Aug 25th 1pm\, will be facilitated by Nadia Bellio\, Registered Midwife\, IBCLC\, MSW student \nWhat We’ll Explore Together: \n\nThe emotional impact of life transitions\nWhy goodbyes (even small ones) can feel heavy\nHow change affects mental wellness and regulation\nGentle grounding practices for smoother transitions\nRituals and mindset shifts to mark new beginnings\n\nWho It’s For: \nThis group is for any mom navigating change\, whether it’s letting go\, starting something new\, or managing the in-between.
