Using a Life Compass and hands-on values exercises\, you’ll explore what matters to you\, where you want to make more room for those values\, and how you can bring them more intentionally into everyday life. \nYou’ll then create your own personal compass for the year ahead\, using your journal and creative materials to capture the values\, intentions and reminders you want to return to throughout the year. \nYour registration includes a journal\, all workshop materials and light refreshments.
