Setting boundaries can bring feelings of guilt\, discomfort\, or fear of disappointing others\, even when those boundaries are necessary for our well-being. \nBoundaries Without Guilt is an opportunity to explore how boundaries can support healthier relationships with ourselves and others. Through education\, reflection\, and conversation\, we’ll discuss the role boundaries play in emotional wellness and how we can begin to honour our needs with greater compassion. \nThe Elite Women’s Wellness Circle is a monthly gathering designed to offer women a welcoming space for connection\, reflection\, and personal growth. Each month features a different wellness theme focused on emotional well-being\, relationships\, self-compassion\, identity\, and living with intention. \nDuring this month’s circle\, we’ll explore: \n\nUnderstanding what healthy boundaries are and why they matter\nRecognizing common barriers to setting boundaries\, including guilt and people-pleasing\nReflecting on areas of life where boundaries may be needed\nExploring self-compassion while navigating difficult conversations\nConsidering small\, intentional steps toward honouring your needs\n\nThis gathering is offered in a small group setting to support meaningful conversation and connection.
