As the pace of life begins to pick up\, it can be easy to lose sight of our own needs and well-being. \nNavigating the Holiday Season with Intention is an opportunity to pause and reflect on how you want to move through this season. Through education\, reflection\, and conversation\, we’ll explore ways to approach the holidays with greater awareness\, self-compassion\, and intention. \nThe Elite Women’s Wellness Circle is a monthly gathering designed to offer women a welcoming space for connection\, reflection\, and personal growth.
