DESCRIPTION:Offering 3 Single Session Counselling appointments available free of charge\, on Thursday July 12\, 2018. Sessions are for those who may benefit from a single session format\, such as those seeking practical solutions\, tools for coping\, strategies for relationships\, and/or navigation support. Kameela Osman\, M.S.W.\, R.S.W. (Clinical Social Worker / Psychotherapist) is trained and experienced in single session counselling. Sessions are delivered through online video\, using the secure\, PHIPA compliant\, oncall health platform. Pre-registration & consultation is required (no fee)\, as there are issues that may not be suitable for a single session (ex. Crisis\, high conflict relationship/separation\, etc.). This monthly workshop offers women the opportunity to learn more about mindfulness\, engage in practice\, self-care\, as well as\, connect with themselves and others. Take the opportunity to learn about mindful practice & mindful meditation\, with a chance to experience guided practice. \nThis  is the  first of an on-going monthly workshop\, focus for this date will be – What is & How to.  \nEach workshop is $40\, held at The Collective Uffices in downtown Bowmanville. \nFacilitator is Kameela Osman\, M.S.W\, R.S.W\, (Clinical Social Worker / Psychotherapist). Kameela is the founder of Elite Counselling & Consulting Services. She is an experienced group facilitator\, coordinator\, clinical counsellor and clinical supervisor.
