Together\, we’ll explore how finding your village\, building support systems\, and creating space for dialogue can lighten the load and remind you that you don’t have to walk this path by yourself. \n \nIn this session\, we’ll…\n\nTalk about why community matters and how it supports maternal well-being\nExplore the healing power of shared stories\, empathy\, and dialogue\nReflect on what “building the village” could look like in your own life\nShare gentle strategies for reaching out\, receiving\, and offering support\n\nWho it’s for\nThis free group is for moms who want a safe\, supportive space to connect. Come as you are\, sharing is always optional. \nWhat to expect\nA therapist facilitated peer-support session with reflection\, grounding practices\, and conversation.
