July 15 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
$35

Promotional graphic for "Her Pleasure Matters," a women's sexual wellness workshop exploring sensuality and sexual wellness in a shame-free, small group setting facilitated by Kameela Osman, MSW, RSW, PMH-C, EMDR-C.

Women receive countless messages about sexuality throughout their lives, yet few are encouraged to explore their own experiences of desire, sensuality, and pleasure with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment.

Conversations about women’s sexual wellness are often shaped by myths, expectations, and limited opportunities to better understand ourselves. Perhaps you’ve questioned whether your experiences are “normal,” noticed that stress and life transitions have influenced your desire, or simply never had the opportunity to reflect on what sensuality, intimacy, and pleasure mean to you personally.

Her Pleasure Matters is a compassionate, shame-free workshop designed to explore women’s sexual wellness, sensuality, and intimacy through education, reflection, and conversation in a supportive small group setting. Whether this feels like reconnecting with a part of yourself or exploring these topics for the first time, this workshop offers an opportunity to approach sexual wellness with greater understanding and self-compassion.

Together, We Will Explore:

  • Common myths and messages women receive about sexuality, desire, and pleasure
  • Understanding women’s desire and recognizing that there is no single “normal”
  • How stress, mental load, body image, relationships, and life transitions can influence sensuality and intimacy
  • The role of self-awareness, curiosity, and permission in developing a more connected relationship with your sexuality
  • Recognizing that pleasure and intimacy can be important aspects of overall wellness

What to Expect

This workshop is offered in a small group setting to support a warm and comfortable learning experience. Participation in discussions is always optional, and attendees are encouraged to engage in a way that feels right for them.
