Come for the opening of Elite Counselling & Consulting Services in downtown Bowmanville. The space offers Counselling / Psychotherapy, Wellness Workshops, & More by Kameela Osman, M.S.W, R.S.W..

Community members, fellow therapists and helping professionals are invited to come to this meet and greet. It’s an opportunity to see the space and learn more about what’s available.

3 micro therapy talks (15mins each) on the following:
CBT overview – Specific to Anxiety – 5pm
Mindfulness in Therapy – 5:30pm
Relationship Support – 6:00pm
