Boundaries for the Holidays

Among the merry and bright, the holidays can be full of triggers. For many of us a major trigger can be related our personal boundaries. Whether the struggle is how to set boundaries or reinforce them, wishing we acted or reacted differently can leave us with an unpleasant aftermath of feelings. Join me for an evening of reflecting on desired boundaries, as well as, planning for setting and responding to infringed boundaries.
