Let’s Talk Mental Wellness – FREE Circle

Inspired by Bell Let’s Talk Day, Kameela Osman, MSW, RSW is facilitating a free meeting space for conversations of mental health, illness and wellness. This is the start of the conversation. If looking for information, resources, to discuss mental wellness strategies or to network, this is a great place to begin. It’s also an opportunity to meet with Kameela face to face, ask questions, schedule a consultation if needed, or gain support in mental health service navigation.
