What We’ll Explore Together:

  • The emotional and psychological impact of pregnancy loss and fertility struggles
  • Anxiety while trying to conceive after loss
  • Coping strategies for grief, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion
  • How to hold space for both grief and hope
  • Setting boundaries and communicating your needs
  • Where to find support — and how to ask for it
