Kameela Osman is a registered social worker with a Bachelor’s of Social Work (’08) and Masters of Social Work (’09). Her work experience in addition to therapist, includes program coordination, group facilitation and clinical supervision. She has wide variety of work/volunteer experience which she uses to formulate a holistic perspective of the mental health and wellness services she offers. She works on multiple levels (including with individuals, couples, organizations, communities, etc.) to strengthen mental health, wellness and well-being. Kameela offers therapy services in 3 areas: Individual Mindset Therapy (for those struggling with thoughts, negative thinking, unwanted/intrusive thoughts or memories); Pre-natal / Post-natal Therapy: and Relationship/Marriage Counselling.
